The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.
-Carl Rogers
I work with adults, young people and Couples in Exeter. As mutually agreed, this can be open-ended, or for a set period. I have experience and training working with many different models, and my aim will be to find a way that suits you best. I believe building the relationship between the client and counsellor is crucial for counselling to be effective, and I aim to work relationally and respectfully. I am available day-times and evenings as well as some week-ends.

Getting Started...

The first step is to contact me, either by email, or by calling, so we can arrange to meet for our first session. This initial session is an opportunity for you to discuss where you feel you would like our work to focus, and where you feel you are experiencing difficulties in your life. It is an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have, and for you to decide if you feel Counselling is something you want to do, and whether I am the right Counsellor for you.

*Please don't hesitate to leave a confidential message if I am unable to answer, and I will get back to you within 24 hours.*
